Quick tour of what you’d expect with the spb shell on the HD2. Runs real smooth, probably faster than the Sense GUI. This shows briefly how to install the new shell. idk you may want to check if you have other running apps that may be conflicting w the gui. try a battery pull/reboot and tell me what you find

when you open the file explorer look for the .cab file and run/open that. it is the installer.
