At most points its the same, only difference is that the Milestone is created for european phone networks (GPRS, UMTS, HSDPA) and the DROID is made for CDMA and other wich I dont know about. Other is that this Milestone has intergrated multi-touch support so that it works on everything. On the DROID the app in use must be made to be compatible with multi-touch.
