Part 2 – This is my review of the T-Mobile Touch Pro2 (or as some say, Touch Pro 2). This will be in multiple parts, 9-10 minutes each. Update: Here’s a link to MS October 6 announcement of 6.5 and other applications: www.microsoft.com This video talks about the history of the Microsoft’s Windows Mobile platform, including 6.1, 6.5 and 7. This is important because the TP2 comes with WinMo 6.1 and while it is OK to laugh about that, it sould NOT be a reason to avoid this GREAT device. The other sections are: Part 1 – Intro Part 3 – Pricing – Buying Tips Part 4 – In the box, form factor, nomenclature, hardware Part 5 – Software and Apps – Demonstration Part 6 – Accessories, Customization On the white clock asked about: 1. It is called the “White Filip Clock.” An easy install. You install two files. 2. Download the CAB files here: www.rantuniverse.com www.rantuniverse.com 3. Transfer the files to your microSD chip. Place anywhere. 4. ON TP2 open File Explorer. 5. Double click the SDKCERTS.CAB file just transferred. That will install it. Reboot after. 6. Now install clock cab. 7. Note: When cab install asks if you want to install despite security warning say yes. 8. When it says successfully installed, soft reset your TP2 and the clock should now be white flip.

T-Mobile’s webConnect Rocket USB Laptop Stick is aptly named because it’s a mobile broadband missile. On the outside, it offers a similar appearance to the current 3G webConnect USB adapter that T-Mobile sells — a USB interface, software included on the device for plug-and-play installation, and a microSD memory card slot. It’s what’s on the inside that shoots you to the moon — a 3.5G radio that maximizes bandwidth on T-Mobile’s upcoming 21 Mbps network. I got a chance to test this device on T-Mobile’s 21 Mbps test network and it was blazing fast! Here I show off a speed test, podcast download and 720p YouTube stream over the 3.5G network. And I couldn’t help myself by testing a Google Nexus One on the network while I had a chance = 4 Mbps downloads!

For tmobile. Not even available for purchase yet. i own one! its the brand new gravity also know as Gravity T. if anyone knows the expected release date let me know.

PhoneArena reviews the Nokia E73 Mode, which is available through T-Mobile. The E73 Mode is pretty similar to last year’s E72, with probably the biggest difference being the change in the keypad layout. Other than that, the smartphone is practically the same, which also applies to the software, as it runs the Symbian S60 3rd Edition operating system.
